Whether you reserve seating in The Constitution Room, The Mezzanine, or our main dining area, you will enjoy one of the most romantic settings in New York City, with seating for up to 100 guests at a time.

Our Executive Culinary Staff are sure to satisfy even the most discerning food connoisseur and provide you with the most enjoyable dining experience.

Events & Weddings

We host great events and some of the most romantic weddings in NYC.

One if by Land, Two if by Sea can be closed to the public to accommodate larger events of up to 130 guests for a seated dinner or 200 guests for a cocktail party. Our sound system can pipe live or recorded music into all three rooms.

Dress Code

While we embrace the spirit and mystery of Halloween, this is an elegant dining experience, not a costume party.

We kindly request that guests adhere to our business casual or cocktail attire dress code. We appreciate your understanding in helping us preserve the timeless elegance and romantic atmosphere that make One if by Land, Two if by Sea so special.
