Pastry Chef Vera

​Chef Vera has always focused on pastries and sweets.
A cum laude Graduate of the French Culinary Institute in New York City, Vera now returns as a guest lecturer and is a valued Educator to the students in attendance.

Chef Vera started her culinary career as an assistant to Chef Raphael Dequeker at Valbella Ristorante. Chef Raphael worked in France for famed Chef Alain Ducasse and is now one of the top pastry chefs in New York City

In January of 2015 Chef Vera joined in partnership to purchase One if by Land, Two if by Sea.

She now can fuel her passion with her decadent culinary creations.
